What began as a hobby soon turned into a thriving business, thanks to her love for bold, versatile flavors. Partnering with local farmers, she uses only the freshest organic ingredients in her creations. Her irresistible jellies have won over 150 Scovie Awards, including two Grand Championships, earning her a top spot in the fiery food world.
From Mango Madness to Raspberry Habanero and Marionberry Blast, Susan’s jellies range from mild to wickedly hot. Her Sneaky Ghost is a fan favorite, made with our locally grown Ghost peppers and a splash of IPA beer—perfect for marinating shrimp, grilling, and impressing your guests.
