Partnering with local farmers, she uses only the freshest organic ingredients in her creations. Her irresistible jellies have won over 150 Scovie Awards, including two Grand Championships, earning her a top spot in the fiery food world.
From Mango Madness to Raspberry Habanero and Marionberry Blast, Susan’s jellies range from mild to wickedly hot. Her Sneaky Ghost is a fan favorite, made with our locally grown Ghost peppers and a splash of IPA beer—perfect for marinating shrimp, grilling, and impressing your guests.
