Kachka Dumplings are a homemade and women owned operation right here in Portland Oregon.

If you've been to our flagship store, Kachka, or have checked out the new cocktail bar, Kachka Fabrika, then you most likely already know and love these cute and tasty dumplings. Kachka Dumplings are inspired by former soviet union countries, and close family gatherings, then perfected with a northwest touch.

We will have these at the show for your sampling delight, and will be packaging our frozen dumplings in insulated bags for you to take home with you for the quickest and tastiest meal you've had in a while!
