- TWO ENTRANCES: Please note that the venue has two designated entrances for this show. Guests who have purchased tickets online may use the dedicated entrance at Hall D for faster entry. Those needing to purchase tickets on-site can do so at the box office entrance at Hall E. QR codes will also be available at the venue, allowing guests to buy tickets digitally and bypass the box office line.
- THINGS TO NOTE: A show ticket is only valid for one day and are NOT day specific. In and out privileges for same day will require a hand stamp, you can ask for a stamp in the show lobby BEFORE leaving the building.
- RE-ENTRY: For re-entry ticket for the next day, please refer to the show office.
- Box Office sales will stop, one hour before the end of show. This is to ensure you are getting the full value of your ticket and are able to see everything.
- HOLIDAY CHARACTERS: Although we appreciate a festive flair and attitude of our attendees, we ask you do not come dressed as Santa or any other holiday characters to the show. We appreciate your understanding.
